Over the years, East West University Sports Club has been trying to reflect students’ passion on different sports. The club organizes three major events in a year. The Intra University Cricket Tournament is organized in every Spring semester where usually sixteen teams including a team from the faculty members compete for the triumph. Summer semesters are always busy with the preparation for Intra University 11-a-side and 6-a-side Football Tournaments. Indoor tournaments are scheduled in Fall semesters where table-tennis, carom and chess competitions take place. Apart form these three major events recently the club successfully organized Two Pool Tournaments and a Doubles Badminton Tournament. Moreover, university cricket team and table-tennis team has participated in different inter university tournaments. The club has also taken part into charity works during the flood in 2007.
