Welcome to East West University website. Choosing the right university is extremely important for building your academic or professional career. After starting its journey in 1996, East West University is striving to ensure quality education and to create an environment for promoting research in Bangladesh.

With a group of vibrant and qualified faculty members, a competitive admission test, modern laboratory, high speed internet and computing facilities, on-line journals in the library along with a supportive group of hard working staff, East West University has already established itself as a leader in learning, teaching and research. A European Union based research organization, “webomatrics”, has ranked East West University as the top private university in Bangladesh and third among all the public and private universities of the country in 2007. We prepare our graduates with strong academic background to face the challenges of the real world and they have started proving their competence in various sectors of profession. Career counseling center is working towards what is necessary for equipping them to meet the demand. East West University is very careful to the needs of its students. It has distributed more than BDT 30 million as scholarships and financial assistance to the deserving students in 2006.

We are going to establish a Centre of Excellence to create a pool of ingenious community of scholars dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge and ideas.
