East West Journal of Humanities (ISSN 2074-6628) is a fully refereed journal published by East West University, Bangladesh, one of the leading private universities of the country. It invites submissions for future issues. As the official publication of a university that offers all sort of courses in the humanities and the social sciences, it invites submissions in areas such as English language and literature, other literatures, linguistics, history, the history of ideas, and philosophy. We also intend to publish scholarly papers on issues relating to class, gender and race. Additionally, we will be happy to consider essays on culture and society and on media and information studies. We look forward to publishing essays that are theoretical in nature as well as papers that employ textual analysis or are empirical in their outlook.
