East West University Environmental & Social Club has organized a day long
program to observe the World Environment Day on June 5 at its permanent
campus at Aftabnagar, Dhaka. 

 

Professor Ahmed Shafee, Vice Chancellor, EWU inaugurated the program while Mr. SSM Sadrul Huda, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration and Moderator of the club coordinated the activities. The program included children's art exhibition on environment, quiz and game show. A large number of students participated in this day long event. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the organization of the events, and emphasized the need for such occasions to make students and everybody around us aware of the need to conserve a congenial environment, not only for aesthetic reasons, but also to ensure a high quality of life in harmony with nature.
