Supervised a research team of 20 surveyors and two research associates to conduct filed survey by random selection process of 2500 respondents.

2. ‘A Comprehensive Study on the Real Estate Sector of Bangladesh’.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervised a research team of 8 researchers from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and University of Dhaka, as well as 40 field surveyors from University of Dhaka.
  1. ‘An Evaluation of 3% Roof Top Solar Panel Policy in Bangladesh’

4.  ‘Consumer preference to buy a property of Chittagong City dwellers’.

  1. Other responsibilities:

– Raised awareness among 1081 members to participate in research activities by sharing information.

– Prepared various Research process and Research design.

– Financial Modelling and prepared budget plan for individual research project.

Financial and Business Consultant, Reliance BD, Dhaka,                November 2010 to December 2011

  • Prepared financial plans for the organization by completing risk analyses;
  • Designed financial strategies;
  • Reviewed changing needs and financial circumstances;
  • Arranged business loan from local commercial bank as working capital for the organization. Moreover, his strong analytical skills help the organization to save BDT 1.5 million annually as overhead cost.

MIS Consultant, the ‘In Search for Peace (ISP)’ project of Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, USA under the supervision of the Bangladesh Bible Society, Dhaka,   May 2010 to February 2011

  • Develop information system strategy,
  • Designed and developed project database along with software analyst and developer;
  • Developed and implemented software and hardware securities policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.

 Strategy and Financial consultant, BLK Consultancy Ltd. (UK),            January, 2009 to February, 2010

  • Developed and implemented corporate and operational strategy for various financial institutions like: Carnegie investment Bank.
  • Recommend Carnegie investment Bank to invest on FTSE 100 companies and managed to increase revenue approximate 1 million GBP by investing 5.5 million GBP.
  • Prepared financial and managerial accounting report for 2008-2009 fiscal year; and advised to improve financial performance for client organisations like: Blueink high street retailer.
  • As well as helped them to minimise 7% miscellaneous costs by reducing various randomly reprinting marketing materials, operational management expenses at Blueink.

  • Developed and materialized three strategic options for Crisp Documents internationalization process based on discussion with the firms’ directors and the research results; and advised online marketing, build relationship with MNC Canon, Xerox, Nikon those are producing image creator like camera, scanner.
