Tamanna Parvin Eva is a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has obtained her BBA and MBA degree from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has over 8 years of teaching and research experience. Her teaching and research interests are in management and human resource management. She has 8 published articles in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee motivation and satisfaction, employee monitoring, talent management and compensation management in different national and international journals. She has also presented 6 conference papers in different international conferences.
