Afsana Al Sharmin is a senior lecturer of the Department of Mathematical and Physical Sciences (MPS) at East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She completed her BSc and MS in Applied Statistics from University of Dhaka. Her research interests mainly include Bayesian Statistics, Generalized Linear model, Biostatistics, and poverty alleviation. Mrs. Sharmin has presented her papers in some reputed national international conferences and published 9 refereed papers.
