She has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of English, East West University from October 07, 2022. Before that she worked as a Lecturer from January 02, 2018. She completed her BA (Hons.) in English from the Department of English, University of Dhaka. In Master's, her specialization was Applied Linguistics and English Language Teaching (ELT). As a teacher, she has been teaching English Phonetics and Phonology, Psycholinguistics and other linguistics related courses. Besides, she has been coordinating a language course named Improving Oral Communication Skills. This responsibility includes preparing and updating course materials, conducting workshops, collecting data for improvement and maintaining uniformity of evaluation rubric among the course instructors. In addition, she has been contributing as a mentor in the Writing Centre.
