Responsibilities:
๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ:
โข Work closely with the Strategy, Data, and Accounts teams to gain a deep understanding of processes and data flows and develop financial models
โข Maintain metric sheets, perform financial reporting, and conduct ad-hoc business analysis
โข Present recommendations to business leadership based on strategic decisions and plan future initiatives
โข Be involved in planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
โข Leverage strong analytical skills to manage large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and navigate ambiguous data and complex problems
โข Partner with various teams to formulate and appraise appropriate strategies for their respective areas, conduct scenario modeling and business case analysis for multiple initiatives, and integrate these into financial planning
Requirements:
๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ :
โข 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance or business finance is preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply (with the relevant Bachelorโs degree)
โข Relevant Bachelorโs degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, etc.)
โข Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
โข Relevant experience in a finance role leading a project or program and partnering with multiple stakeholders within a business is (preferred)
โข Prior experience in management consulting, internal strategy, corporate development, or competitive intelligence (preferred)
โข Expertise in advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau (added advantage)
โข Direct exposure to any of the following areas: ride-sharing, logistics, financial services, payments, financial technology, e-commerce, or related fields (added advantage)
โข Strong communication and presentation skills
