Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni inaugurated the two-day Symposium of East West University

The Covid19 pandemic has given us some opportunity in particular the country's online education system and it will bring positive changes in the education sector in future, the Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni MP stated this at the inaugural function of a two-day online symposium organized by the East West University. Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of East West University (EWU) organized a two-day (13 and 14 November 2020) online symposium titled ‘Transition from Traditional to Outcome Based Education: Call of the Hour’. Honorable Education Minister, Dr. Dipu Moni MP has attended the ceremony as Chief Guest. 

The inaugural ceremony was also attended by Professor Dr. Kazi Shahidullah, Chairman of University Grants Commission (UGC) Bangladesh as the Special Guest. Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Chief Adviser and the founder Vice Chancellor of EWU chaired the program. Professor Dr. M. M. Shahidul Hassan, Vice Chancellor of EWU delivered welcome remarks on this ceremony. The symposium was attended by hundreds of teachers and researchers, including renowned professors from Asia, Europe, America and Australia.
