EWU Economics Student Syed Walid Hasan Continues Winning Streak in National Squash Tournaments
Syed Walid Hasan, a talented student from the Department of Economics at East West University (EWU), has brought further pride to the institution through his remarkable performance in several high-profile squash tournaments.
Walid’s most recent victory includes being crowned the Champion of the Mehra-IUB Inter-University Squash Tournament 2025. This adds to his consistent success in the Aqua Paints & Elite Steel Victory Day Tournament (University & Members Group), where he secured the Runners-up position in 2025 and was the Champion in 2024.
Professor Dr. Shams Rahman, Vice Chancellor of East West University, officially congratulated Walid on his sustained excellence.
