EWUPC Shines at Art of Aperture Photography Exhibition
East West University Photography Club (EWUPC) continues its legacy of national recognition at Art of Aperture, a photography exhibition organized by the BRAC University Art and Photography Society (BUAPS) held on 15 December and 17 December 2025.
EWUPC members Alif Hasan, Ahnaf Morshed Liman, Asadur Rahman, Bappy Rana Howlader, Israj Jahan Ira, Mahdin Shafiq Omi, MD Asiful Islam, Md Nahid Howlader, Mubashwirul Bari Rafin, Noman Ahmed, Raiyan Bin Moshiur, Riaz Mahmud Aritro, Safat Hossain, Sazid Hossen Chowdhury, and Syed Md. Mahid represented the club at the exhibition, where 33 photographs by 15 EWUPC members were officially exhibited across the Senior (Camera) and Senior (Phone) categories, out of a total of 130 selected photographs.
Prize Winners:
• Syed Md. Mahid – 1st Place (Senior – Camera)
• MD Asiful Islam – 1st Place (Senior – Phone)
• Mahdin Shafiq Omi – 2nd Place (Senior – Phone)
• MD Asiful Islam – 3rd Place (Senior – Camera)
The exhibition was judged by Mahmud Hossain Opu, Documentary Photographer and Visual Journalist, and Ferdous Uddin Ahmad, Photographer and Director of Photography (DP), Pathshala alumni.
