Notice Details

  • Position: Assistant Manager/Manager, HR & Admin
  • Organization: A Renowned Interior Firm
  • Responsibilities:
  •  Contribute in making strategic and operational HR plan/policy for developing an effective and functional HR department.
  •  Ensuring that the HR and Admin policies are well circulated to every employee to ensure fruitful implementation.
  •  Planning and conducting Recruitment and selection procedure to employ quality personnel.
  •  Contribute in preparing organization's service rules and policies and keeping those updated.
  •  Making career plan of employees in consultation with the respective unit/departmental heads.
  •  Maintaining service confirmation & Settlement process of employees.
  •  Compensation and benefit analysis and preparing related policies to be implemented.
  •  Implementing effective attendance system to be followed by all employees and handling absenteeism of employees as per policy.
  •  Leave management as per the organization's leave policy and existing Labour law.
  •  Effective grievance handling at the earliest and provide guideline for mentoring and motivation of employees when necessary.
  •  Implementation of 'Performance Evaluation System' as per the PES policy and timeline.
  •  Implementing Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to link up different HR activity and database analysis to generate effective HR output.
  •  Handing legal issues of HR that arise time to time with the assistance of legal department.
  •  Taking timely disciplinary action as per organization service policy and Labour law after necessary inquiry and consultation with unit/departmental heads.
  •  Any other task assigned by management time to time.
  • Requirements:
  •  Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or PGDHRM
  •  1 to 3 year(s)
  •  The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  •  Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, HR Admin, HR Development, HR Policy, KPI, Management and Leadership
  •  The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):  Architecture Firm, Interior Design
  • Additional Requirements
  •  Age at most 30 years
  •  Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  •  Sound knowledge on HR operations, HRIS, Labor Law-2006 & amendment-2013.
  •  Hard worker and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure.
  •  Possess good interpersonal communication, good oral and writing skills both in Bangla and English.
  •  Good analytical ability for organization development.
  •  Good computer literacy with sound knowledge on Microsoft office applications.
