Position: Assistant Manager / Sales Manager (Convay)

With a growing global footprint, we are now strengthening our presence in Bangladesh and looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales to drive sales and business development for Convay in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in software sales, especially in B2B or government sectors, and a passion for technology. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and closing deals.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in software, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
  • Experience dealing with government or large enterprise clients is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand software products and solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Convay within Bangladesh, particularly in the corporate and enterprise sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT heads, procurement officers, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle – from initial contact and requirement gathering to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
