  • Position: Associate Executive Officer

  • Job Context: Serve as a resource to the company for matters related to US Qualified Retirement Plan processing, coverage and non-discrimination compliance, reconciliation, and governmental reporting. Use knowledge and experience to serve as a resource to internal associates.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • - Understand and analyze eligibility requirements, plan design options, and compliance requirements based on plan design.
  • - Evaluate employee census data to determine if data requirements have been satisfied based on different plan designs, features, and client requests.
  • - Process annual coverage and non-discrimination compliance testing including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, deductibility tests.
  • - Calculate employer contributions such as employer match or profit-sharing (non-elective) contributions.
  • - Prepare and review Form 5500-EZ or 5500-SF and coordinate with plan sponsor or client service representative to complete filing.
  • - Prepare and review Form 8955-SSA.
  • - Provides timely and effective verbal and written communications in a clear, concise, and informative manner assists clients in meeting IRS and Department of Labor deadlines applicable to US qualified retirement plans.
  • - Collaborate with other teams (internal or external) to coordinate activities
  • - Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by the company to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the company or our clients.
  • - May assist with other projects and tasks.

  • Educational Requirements:
  • - Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics
  • - The candidate must have good academic records & with a minimum CGPA- 3.40 at the Graduate level.
  • - Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, manage tasks and meet in connection with business operations, including related qualified retirement plan compliance matters
  • - Must have strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple work assignments.
  • - Must have Basic computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, Outlook function & operation.
  • - Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills.
  • - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: Tk. 23000–25000 (Monthly)
