- Position: Business Analyst (Male)
- Organization: Apex Data Management Ltd.
- Timing : 6 PM to 3 AM (Night Shift) [Please proceed with applying only if the working hours suit you. ]
- Position Summary: This position is responsible for achieving defined performance targets and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for the clients of Apex DMIT Ltd. consistently. Also ensuring compliance with the company policies and optimal implementation of overall activity plan and strategies.
- Scope: The incumbent will primarily be dealing with North American clients & stakeholders. So, high proficiency in English communication is mandatory for the role.
- The incumbent in this role will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to:
- End-to-end customer service
- Quality assurance of the services generated by the field force
- Ensuring timely service delivery in line with Apex's brand promises
- Cross-team coordination
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn the company’s core functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, & practices that affect each phase of Apex's business
- Quality Control - through coordination, review, & business meetings
- Taking care of Client and Vendor payment
- Client Coordination & ensuring service quality excellence.
- Educational Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university
- • CGPA: 3.00 or above
- • Expected combined CGPA in SSC & HSC is 9 and above
- • Fresh graduates or experienced professionals (up to a maximum of 3 years) are encouraged to apply.
