Notice Details

  • Position: Business Analytics (who will act as a consultant to support one or more of our clients in the region/zone by suggesting and driving Business insights and analytics)
  • Organization: Comviva, a Tech Mahindra company
  • The outcome expected are as follows:
  • - High client satisfaction achieving trusted advisor status
  • - Accurate, relevant and sharp insights based on data to design/modify segmentation criteria/campaigns/programs for business growth
  • - Timely, regular, accurate & relevant analysis and reports for monitoring & improving business health
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • - Be the single point of contact between Client Marketing and Comviva for collating, analyzing, and reporting Customer behavior & other data
  • - Sharing insights based on data, recommending modification of existing/creation of new cohorts and programs for business growth
  • - Generating & sharing KPI reports and insights
  • - Ensure high degree of accuracy & regularity in report generation & insights
  • - Implement new standard reports, provide ad-hoc reporting support for the CVM and client
  • - Drive simplicity in publishing & understanding reports & insights
  • - Adapt reports for different customer hierarchies
  • - Drive automation alongside customization in reporting to ensure agility and simultaneously cater to different business requirements.
  • - Augment Comviva’s best practice campaign knowledge. Ensure practices and knowledge are documented and molded into effective processes
  • - Identify opportunities for improvement in business practices
  • Requirements:
  • Selection Process at Comviva would be as follows:
  • •  MBA specialization in Marketing / Operations / Analytics
  • •  Eligibility criteria 60 % throughout in academics
  • •  Profile shortlisting by Comviva
  • •  Students need to prepare an assignment PPT on the topic shared in advance (this topic will be shared with shortlisted students)
  • •  Personal Interviews (1 Technical round & 1 HR round)
  • •  Compensation Offered - Will be determined based on the calibre and experience of the candidate.
  • Skills Required:
  • Functional:
  • - Big Data and Machine Learning experience
  • - Exceptional PL/SQL preferably in an Oracle environment
  • - Highly skilled in SQL, Query writing, reporting, Qlicksense
  • - Highly Skilled in excel/Spreadsheet, Access, Data Base management
  • - Experience in Data analytics/reporting for Marketing in telco/BFSI/digital environment is preferable
  • Behavioral:
  • - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business acumen
  • - Bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps
  • - Good deductive skills - studying data reports, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats, creating/modifying Customer cohorts based on Customer behavior and insights, designing program intent for identified cohorts
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal skills
  • - Good collaborator and a team worker
