Requirements
|
: |
● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or any related discipline ● 2–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English ● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities ● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets ● Basic knowledge of software products or SaaS solutions will be an advantage ● Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent |

Responsibilities

● Conduct daily outbound calls to generate new leads and business opportunities ● Identify and qualify potential clients through research and cold calling ● Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team ● Conduct primary meetings with prospective clients ● Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking systems ● Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding |
