Position: Call Center Agent & Customer Service Officer

Organization: Mobile financial organization

  • Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at   all times, Responding promptly to customer inquiries, Take customer calls, and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns, Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services. 
  • Nature:Full Time & Part-Time 

    Job Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka

  • Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Morning 7am-3pm, Evening 3pm-11pm & Night Shift 11pm-7am)-Weekly 6 Days, No Night Shift for girls.
    Requirements: BBA/MBA/Honors/Masters/Ongoing Students
    Salary & Benefits: 14k For Full Timers & For Part-Timers it’s 110Taka Per Hour
