Position: Category Buying Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- PO (Purchase odder) management, delivery tracking and payment schedules for suppliers, ensuring seamless procurement process
- Initiate approvals for new product and vendor enlistment
- Address inventory- related challenges, such as slow moving, overstocked, or near expiry products
- Ensure efficient communication and coordination with outlet, distribution centers and suppliers regarding promotions, returns and other critical operation meters
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience (Mandatory) in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong command of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Job Location : Shwapno Corporate Office / Field Locations (as needed)
