Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate from Top Public or Private University. • Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also be considered. • Competencies: Communication, sales orientation, negotiation, relationship management and accountability. • Mobility: Comfortable with regular field visits and territory-based work. • Location: Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh. |

Responsibilities |
: |
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets. • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling and market activities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with painters, dealers, contractors and customers. • Identify new projects/sites and convert business opportunities. • Ensure proper execution of company campaigns and promotional activities. • Maintain regular market coverage, reporting and MIS. • Follow company SOP, Code of Conduct (CoC) and compliance standards. |
