  • Position: Customer Service Executive 
  • Organization: Peoplescape Limited 
  • Description: 
  • - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times, 
  • - Responding promptly to customer inquiries, 
  • - Take customer calls, and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns, 
  • - Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
  • Requirements: 
  • * BBA/MBA/Honors/Masters/Ongoing Students
  • * Good Communication Skills in Bangla and English
  • Working Time: 
  • - Roster Duty / Shifting Duty 
  •   [Morning 7am-3pm, Evening 3pm-11pm & Night Shift 11pm-7am]
  • - Weekly 6 Days, 
  • - No Night Shift for girls
  • Salary: BDT14,000 for full timers & for part-timers it’s 110taka per hour
