Position: Customer Support Executive
Organization: TripLover Ltd, Firsttrip Ltd, TravelChamp Ltd & Take Trip Ltd (US-Bangla Group Online Travel Agencies)
Role Overview:
The Customer Support Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and refunds. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth, timely, and satisfying experience for all travelers through professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Assist with flight, hotel, and holiday bookings, reissues, and refunds.
- Resolve complaints promptly and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Coordinate with operations, accounts, and partner teams for issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest process or service improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality, Tourism, or Business preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service/support (travel industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Bengali
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and customer-handling abilities
- Preferred: Familiarity with GDS/OTA systems, CRM tools, and travel-related processes (refunds, reissues, cancellations)
