  • Position-1: Digital Community Executive
  • Organization: NASAH Companies Ltd 
  • Responsibilities:
  •  Operating Knowledge on all trending social media platforms
  •  Have a good knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategy.
  •  Knowledge in Social Media Marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
  •  Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  •  Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e., sales, product, and technical) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
  •  Has the ability and enjoys communication through business messaging, email and over the telephone with clients.
  •  Ensure to promote the brand (Business).

  • Position-2Customer Service Executive
  • Responsibilities:
  •  This is a full-time position that has to work virtually with customers.
  •  Servicing consumers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the company.
  •  Provide the professional tele-services to the consumers.
  •  Practical knowledge on 
  •  Should be experienced in working in the call center.
  •  Experience working in the hospitality management is an asset.
  •  Execute integrated marketing campaigns with associated targets and KPIs
  •  The candidate has to handle inbound and outbound call
  •  Call the consumer for an appointment
  •  Call the consumer to remind them of the follow-up services
  •  Daily drop calls back, collecting reviews from customers.
  •  Conduct survey via telephone

  • Position-3Operations Executive
  • Responsibilities:
  •  Has the ability and enjoys field team management, delivery management and/or industrial operations.
  •  Takes responsibility for overall monitoring field operation follow-up at every level of execution.
  •  Provides key inputs for the operational development of the company.
  •  Regularly collects and analyzes competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
  •  Coordinates with operations and integrated planning with upper management, and timely dispatch.

  • Responsibilities:
  •  This is a full-time position that has to work directly with end-consumers and potential customers.
  •  Servicing consumers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the company.
  •  Strong Knowledge of Product Promotion, Customer Management Principles, and Practices.
  •  Target-oriented and willing to meet the target.
  •  Self-motivated, result driven, and have a passion for winning.
  •  Visit potential corporate customers to generate leads.
  •  Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness of that, and reporting the findings.
  •  Convince the corporate customers and close the deal professionally maintaining relationships with new & existing customers through regular review visits.
  •  Maintain individual regular field visits, arranging presentations to the customer to collect leads and conversion followed by ensured sales.
  •  Vendor dealing knowledge and business expand capacity.
  •  Good communication skills.
  •  Good negotiation capability.
  •  Develop the go-to-market plan defining with objectives, contents, channels, funnel stages, and measures and work with the digital team to execute.
