Responsibilities:
● Create, and update Web Content using a content management system as per needs.
● Managing product listings on Shopify, bulk importing new Products, updating existing products using Comma-separated values files, improving product content to improve SEO, and Product Categorization.
● Conducting routine website audits to identify issues with site performance and redundancies in site content.
● Testing Website functionalities from a user view after deploying new features/bug fixes.
● Routinely update Catalogues such as Facebook Catalogue with product data in a spreadsheet.
● Provide Support to the Customer Service team during large marketing campaigns.
Requirement:
● Bachelor from a well-known University majoring in Marketing or a related subject
● At most 1 year of experience in an e-commerce platform
● Freshers are encouraged to apply
● Excel: Intermediate to Advanced
● Experience using any CRM or ERP system
● Good sound in English communication
Nature: Permanent (full-time)
Location: Dhaka, Gulshan 2
Salary: 20k to 28k (depending on experience)
