  • ✅ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
  • A. Accounts & Collection
  •  • Update all data regularly in the job register (Google Sheet)
  •  • Respond to emails & WhatsApp messages daily
  •  • Handle day-to-day coordination & incoming queries
  •  • Receive all collections, share updates in groups, and record in the daily sheet, ERP & project reports
  •  • Coordinate with project teams on collection & client outstanding issues
  •  • Collect & receive VDS/TDS challans, update VAT adjustments, maintain VDS/TDS tracker & dues
  •  • Communicate with clients for collection & VAT challan submission; submit challans by the 15th of each month
  •  • Prepare monthly sales & collection report; reconcile with cash management and submit with approvals
  •  • Prepare & submit remittance reports
  • 𝗕. 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
  •  • Prepare payment & receipt vouchers
  •  • Maintain project & master filing system (physical & digital)
  •  • Process VAT/tax challans, bank guarantees, credit lines & bank documents
  •  • Prepare remittance invoices, application & C-forms
  •  • Update remittance database in Google Sheets
  • 𝗖. 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
  •  • Attend meetings with HOD & Accounts team twice weekly
  •  • Verify demand lists against requisitions
  •  • Collect conveyance bills, resolve issues, obtain approvals & file properly
  •  • Update expo daily collection reports
  •  • Assist in expo audits & prepare audit reports
  • 𝗗. 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
  •  • Prepare pay orders & banking documents
  •  • Submit sealed & signed bank documents
  •  • Perform collection/recovery visits, submit bills, and ensure VDS/TDS challan collection
  •  • Handle bank, vendor & outdoor duties including events & exhibitions
  •  • Support expo venue activities, including collection & payment
  • E. Additional Duties
  •  • Perform any ad-hoc/emergency tasks assigned by HOD or management

  • ✅ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
  •  • Education: BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university
  •  • Experience: 4–6 years in Accounts/Finance preferred
  • 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
  •  • Strong in MS Excel, Google Sheets & accounting software
  •  • Understanding of vouchers, challans, banking & compliance
  •  • Good knowledge of VAT, Tax & banking procedures
