Position: Executive– Digital Media Buying
Organization: TripLover Ltd, Firsttrip Ltd, TravelChamp Ltd & Take Trip Ltd (US-Bangla Group Online Travel Agencies)
Role Overview:
The Digital Media Buying Executive will plan, negotiate, and execute paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The role focuses on maximizing ROI, increasing high-quality traffic, and strengthening the brand’s online presence in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Display networks.
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, and daily campaign optimization.
- Track and analyze performance KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions).
- Prepare performance and budget utilization reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and internal teams to align media with brand goals.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging media opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in media buying, performance marketing, or paid ads management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
- Preferred: Experience in travel, e-commerce, or fintech; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
