Eastern IT, a well reputed IT company is currently looking for qualified and committed individuals to fill the positions of Executive- Sales for Sales & Marketing Department.
Position: Executive – Sales (Sales & Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Present and promote products/services to clients in person or over the phone.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Educational qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in Bank (Card Division), Insurance & Pharmaceuticals will get preference.
Additional Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary: Negotiable
