  • Position: Executive, Site Acquisition
  • Organization: Summit Towers Limited
  • Job Purpose: This position is responsible for searching for new sites, lease negotiations, lease documentations and coordinating day-to-day landlord-related affairs for supporting deployments and operations activities.
  • Responsibilities:
  • •    Coordinating all Site Acquisition Vendor  and  contact  with  Mobile Operators BL/GP/Robi/Teletalk or others Telco Radio Planning Department.
  • •    Acquiring new sites of B2S /Relocation in respect to the roll-out baseline as well as the company business targets.
  • •    Attending site visit/survey for candidate and Engineering viability in accordance with Civil & RNP's (Radio Network Planner) specifications.
  • •    Oversee & conducting critical acquisition on having sites at key locations in the perimeter of different authority/organizations through proper liaison with the concerned government/semi-government, armed forces, and/or non-government authorities.
  • •    Resolving the disputes related with site acquisition through proper liaison with the landowners/local authorities and related bodies.
  • •    Performing renewal negotiation with the houseowners to renew the expiring sites.
  • •    Managing landowners' issues to ensuring smooth O&M (operations and maintenance) activities at sites.
  • •    Maintaining liaison with the landowners to settle colocation as well as relocation disputes.
  • •    Crosscheck Property documents and providing support to Stakeholders.
  • •    Managing Site Acquisition Database and necessary documentation as per intra dept./ Project Management
  • Requirements:
  • •    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, legal or equivalent/BSc in Engg.
  • •    Proficiency in English

  • •    Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • •    Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
