Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executives, Client Management to support vendor management and operational coordination. The role involves assisting with vendor communication, contract coordination, performance monitoring, and quality assurance. Working under the guidance of senior team members, will help ensure smooth collaboration with North American vendors to meet client requirements and project deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build experience in vendor relations, operations, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and strengthen working relationships with North American vendors by ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.  
  • Handle basic vendor concerns and assist in resolving issues under the supervision of senior team members, contributing to smooth operations.  
  • Assist in preparing and executing sales strategies by coordinating with vendors and contributing to achieving revenue targets and project deadlines.  
  • Provide support in managing installation services, including participating in contract coordination, vendor performance monitoring, and assisting with billing processes.  
  • Analyze initial contractor performance metrics and assist in identifying trends, reporting findings to supervisors for further action.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to understand client requirements and support on-time project execution with vendors.  
  • Monitor ongoing vendor operations and report potential service issues early to prevent disruptions.  
  • Perform preliminary quality checks on vendor-delivered services to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.  
  • Help organize and communicate project completion results and bid submissions to clients in a clear and timely manner, often coordinating with vendors.  
  • Contribute to identifying root causes of minor quality issues with vendor services and suggest actionable improvements with support from the quality team.  
  • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving processes and maintaining quality standards, particularly concerning vendor interactions.  
  • Receive ongoing training while also supporting junior team members with basic quality control practices and documentation related to vendors.  
  • Follow supervisors’ directions accurately and take responsibility for delivering assigned tasks efficiently and within deadlines. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and reputed university.
  • 1 year of relevant professional experience is preferred. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written, is essential.

Location: Banasree, Dhaka.

Job Nature: Full Time

Salary: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 (based on experience & expertise)

Office Hours: 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM Or 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (US EST Time/ BD Night Shift)

Office Modality: Monday-Friday (5 Days)

Weekend: Saturday, Sunday
