Position: Full Stack Software Engineer (Retail Focus)

Shwapno is looking for a skilled and dynamic Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing IT team!
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications (front-end & back-end)
- Work on retail-focused software modules like POS, inventory systems, loyalty programs, supply chain tools, and dashboards
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver user-friendly applications
- Optimize existing platforms for performance, scalability, and usability
- Maintain coding standards, write clean code, and document development processes
- Integrate third-party APIs and work with DevOps for deployments
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Strong skills in:
- Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js / .NET / Java / Python
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Experience working with retail business applications is highly preferred
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
