- Position: HR Officer (Third-Party Contractual)

- Job Description: The HR Officer will provide essential support to core HR operations, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of critical services. Key responsibilities include:
- - Coordinating training sessions and managing relationships with external vendors.
- -Providing administrative support for recruitment processes and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- - Assisting with daily HR operational tasks and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- - Supporting the performance improvement process, including PIP documentation and IDP support.
- - Managing logistics for HR events and corporate gatherings.
- - Providing necessary data, statistics, and feedback to drive various HR agendas and project completions.
- Requirement:
- * Graduation completed in Human Resource Management (HRM)
- * 1–2 years of professional HR experience OR a strong track record of long-term internships in HR is suitable.
- * Strong organizational skills, proficiency in data management, and excellent communication abilities.
