Position: Intern, Business Development

Position Summary:
The Business Development Intern will be trained to support the Growth team in identifying potential international clients, conducting market research, assisting in outreach activities, and helping schedule meetings with prospects. This role is ideal for smart, ambitious students with excellent English communication skills and a strong desire to build a global career in sales and business development.
High-performing interns will be offered a full-time position upon completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in lead generation through outbound emails, calls, LinkedIn research, and contact list development.
• Support the team in qualifying leads based on company profiles and service alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities using CRM tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research in UK, Europe markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends, international business practices, and Augmex’s service offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
• BBA in Marketing (All academic courses completed except internship).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Smart, confident, and proactive personality.
• Strong extracurricular background (clubbing, volunteering, leadership roles).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
