1.

Position-1: Management Trainee Officer, Business Development Department

Responsibilities: 

  • Knowing, understanding and performing all operational and administrative activities of different teams including Business Development, Client Coordination, Vendor Management and Human Resources;
  • Complete tasks provided by Team Lead/Manager;
  • Identify process gaps and create plans to resolve and execute accordingly;
  • Understand and implement operational, tactical and strategic plans of senior management;
  • Assist management to enhance individual and team performance, service quality and employee motivation.

Scope:
Fulfillment of services provided to clients, quality assurance, timeliness of service delivery, revenue generation from client acceptance of proposals, cross-team coordination, etc. After training, perform duties in different departments such as Operations, Quality Control, Accounts, Training & Development, etc. The MTO will be a part of the team that is responsible for the optimal implementation of the company’s activity plan and strategies.

Requirements:

  • * Fresh graduates or experienced professionals can apply;
  • * Graduate from any discipline with good SSC/HSC or O/A Level results;
  • * Active participation in extracurricular activities (with leadership roles);
  • * High proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking and listening);
  • * Excellent Analytical skills;
  • *  Ability to lead & motivate team members;
  • * Data-driven decision-making capability;
  • * Ability to work with professionalism, discipline and independence;
  • * Advanced computer skills;
  • * Self-motivated team player and able to work under pressure;
  • * Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly gross salary: TK. 50,000;
  • Bonuses linked to sales;
  • KITC savings fund;
  • Gratuity;
  • Yearly salary review;
  • 2 Festival bonuses per year;
  • Additional transport allowance: TK. 2,500.

Officer Hour:

  • * Timing: 9pm-6am
  • * 5 days a week
  • * Location: Nikunja, Dhanmondi
  • * Reporting to: Branch Manager


2.

Position-2: Business Analyst, Business Development Department

Responsibilities:

  • Send accurate and quality sales proposals to clients for further business development
  • Analyze results sent in by field workforce
  • Check for service fulfillment and see whether client instructions and quality standards are met
  • Deliver service results within deadline via necessary technological means
  • Track approved proposals to ensure end to end service delivery
  • Generate accurate invoices to the clients

Scope:
