Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Requirements

:

• ● SSC and HSC: GPA 4.50 and above (Scale of 5.00)
• ● Graduation/Post-Graduation: CGPA 3.30 and above (Scale of 4.00)
• ● Prospective candidates' age must not be more than 32 years as on 22 August 2026.
• ● At the time of joining, selected candidates must ensure to serve the Bank for a minimum of five years, including the trainee period.

Selection procedure

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for a written test, followed by an interview.

Compensation & Benefits

:

• ● Trainee allowance Tk. 75,000/month
• ● After confirmation Tk. 95,000/month
• ● One-year trainee period
• ● After that, the trainee will be confirmed as Principal Officer
