- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO)/Executive in the Sales & Marketing department. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic corporate sales environment. The MTO will receive hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of Corporate Sales, actively contributing to the company's business development and long-term success.

- ✅𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our services and achieve sales targets.
- • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- • Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Event Development, Operations) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance skills and knowledge.
- • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- • Provide administrative support, including data entry.
- • Get familiar with personnel duties as required.
- ✅𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from a recognized university.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- ✅ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates may also be considered if exceptionally skilled.
