- Position: Manager/ Asst. Manager, Business Development
- Organization: A Renowned Interior Firm
- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of young and energetic people.
- Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships.
- Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow-up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf.
- Obtain client requirements and prepare a customized plan for the targeted customer.
- Develop pursuit materials, prepare presentations and regularly present at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences.
- Lead the marketing team to plan and coordinate business generation activities.
- Carrying out Market Survey.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Age at most 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in the relevant industry.
- Experience in Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development, and Customer Support/Client Service will add value to the selection process.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Highly polished and articulate, maintain a pleasant disposition and are able to establish and expand professional relationships with senior executives.
- Strategic thinker, expert negotiator and insightful marketing ability.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in dynamic and competitive environments.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
