  • Position: Manager - Total Rewards & HR Operations
  • Department: HR & Culture

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Effectively plan and direct the implementation and administration of all benefit plans
  • • Support the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are internally equitable, competitive and compliant
  • • Prepare an annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs
  • • Implement, maintain and review processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes and other deductions
  • • Ensure effective management of leave & attendance and recommend upgrades when required
  • • Oversee and support new joiners’ onboarding and separation process (including exit interviews)
  • • Maintain Employee Database performance by troubleshooting problems & assist in review and implementation of HRIS system upgrades
  • • Maintain and revise the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • • Partner with managers and employees to understand grievances that can be resolved through HR practices and policies
  • • Prepare and revise relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/reports as per requirement
  • Requirements:
  • • At Least 5+ years of HR experience; including at least 3 years in a total rewards and/or HR Operations-related role
  • • Knowledge of leading practices and trends in Total Rewards including compensation, benefits, and HR Operations
  • • Strong knowledge of local labor law
  • • Positive attitude to drive changes with keen eyes for improvement
  • • Meticulous, analytical and strong solution provider
  • • Good hold over G-suit collaboration tools (Google Sheet, Doc & Slides)
