JOB PURPOSE

The Officer, Business Development would support in executing the Business Development team’s plans of creating and maintaining relationships with partners, conducting market research, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in order to ensure growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting market research to identify competitor activity, trends, potential areas of growth and opportunities for the business.
  • Generate and cultivate strong relationships with potential leads, new and existing partners.
  • Support in developing and executing business improvement strategies by working across functions.
  • Analyze data from multiple company sources to generate meaningful and implementable insights for business growth.
  • Create pitches, presentations, reports, and other documents as required to engage stakeholders.
  • Support supervisor in managing multiple ongoing business development projects.
  • Support supervisor in creating and participating in various outreach events.  

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s in Business from any reputed public/ private university

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 years’ of experience in relevant field. Experience in Business Development/Sales will be given preference
