Requirements
|

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant discipline. ● 2-3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition. ● Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously across departments. ● Strong understanding of traditional recruitment tools and sourcing methods using Job portals (BDJobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases). ● Proven ability to close positions within target timelines. ● Experience in workforce planning and replacement hiring. ● Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferred but not mandatory. ● Professional judgment and decision-making ability. |

Responsibilities
|
|
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding. ● Source candidates using job portals, CV databases, LinkedIn, referrals, job postings, and direct outreach. ● Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on competency alignment and organizational fit. ● Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessment processes. ● Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. ● Maintain structured candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker. ● Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT. ● Prepare and publish job advertisements aligned with business needs. ● Maintain recruitment database, documentation, and candidate records. ● Coordinate offer rollout, salary negotiation support, and onboarding process. ● Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired and critical positions. ● Support workforce planning and replacement hiring initiatives. ● Maintain recruitment quality metrics (quality of hire, hiring ratio, selection effectiveness). ● Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards. ● Support employer branding through professional candidate communication. |
