- Position Title: “Secretariat to the MD & Board”
- Reports To: Chairman / Managing Director / Board of Directors
- Organization: A well reputed company
- Location: Head Office, Dhaka
- Job Purpose
- To provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and coordination support to the Board of Directors and top management, ensuring smooth communication, effective scheduling, confidentiality, and proper documentation of corporate and operational matters.
- Key Responsibilities
- Board & Executive Support
- Arrange and coordinate Board meetings, management meetings, and executive discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, board packs, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Record accurate minutes of meetings (MoM) and ensure timely circulation.
- Follow up on action points and decisions taken by the Board.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the Board, management, and internal departments.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official communication on behalf of top management.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, regulatory bodies, and partners when required.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain proper records of Board resolutions, policies, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Calendar & Travel Management
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including tickets, visas, and accommodation.
- Ensure proper planning of meetings, events, and business visits.
- Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Experience
- Experience in a similar role (Board Secretary / Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary)
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or corporate office environment preferred.
- freight forwarding and trading experience is appreciated.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong AI and computer skills, including use of AI tools for productivity, document preparation, and data handling
- Ability to prepare high-quality presentation slides, reports, and business plans
