Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MAS)

We are hiring an experienced Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MAS) to onboard merchants from Banking & Financial Institutions, Government agencies, and Utility & Billing service providers. Candidates must have experience in fintech sales or solution selling with strong analytical skills.
- Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- ● Acquire and onboard merchants from Banking, Government, and Utility sectors.
- ● Manage end-to-end process: pitching, documentation, KYC, compliance & activation.
- ● Coordinate with Technical, Compliance & Operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- ● Maintain strong relationships with key officials and stakeholders.
- ● Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and update CRM.
Your Education and Experience:
- ● Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- ● 2–5 years of experience in fintech/payment gateway/B2B solution selling.
- ● Strong knowledge of digital payments & merchant onboarding.
- ● Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
- ● Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
