Senior Sales & Marketing Executive - June 2026

:

● Proven 3 year+ of experience in Sales & Marketing.

● Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and reputed university, in Marketing or Sales related fields. 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

● Leadership potential & Decision-making capability.

● Ability to lead the team and work independently.

● Comfortable with phone calls and client communication.

● Energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented.

● Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to lead the team.

Banasree, Dhaka

● Communicate with clients and provide timely support.

● Reach out to potential clients and promote services.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Lead in sales growth through packages and promotions.

● Support marketing activities like ads and campaigns.

● Track sales records and share regular updates.

● Having experience in BPO or Call Center will be a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

:

● Salary: BDT 40,000 - 65,000

● Annual Salary Increment
