Position: Senior Web Developer (Full Stack)

Are you an experienced full-stack developer with a strong command of React/Next.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript, and a growing passion for Golang or Python?
Join W3 Engineers as a Senior Web Developer to build high-performing, scalable web applications, contribute to system architecture, and mentor the next generation of developers, all while expanding your expertise in modern backend technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient full-stack web applications
• Work across both frontend and backend systems, building, integrating, and optimizing APIs and services
• Lead or contribute to the team’s transition to backend technologies such as Golang or Python
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features on time
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold best engineering practices
• Develop and maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation while contributing to architectural decisions
• Use Git for version control and Trello/Jira for project management and tracking
What do you need to bring in?
• At least 5 years of professional experience in web development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a recognized university
• Proven expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Practical experience of working with Golang or Python
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and creating responsive, user-friendly designs
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or other cloud and containerization tools is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready, live web applications
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills
