Position: Senior Web & UI/UX Designer

W3 Engineers is shaping the future of digital innovation - and we’re looking for a Senior Web & UI/UX Designer to lead the creative direction of our digital products and interactive web experiences. In this role, you’ll design trend-driven, global-standard interfaces that blend aesthetics with usability, guide the design team toward creative excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring visionary ideas to life.

Core Responsibilities:
• Lead the UI/UX design process for new digital products and web-based applications
• Create responsive, accessible, and high-converting layouts aligned with modern design trends
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design execution
• Mentor and guide the in-house design team to maintain high creative standards and efficient workflows
• Conduct research on emerging design systems, web aesthetics, and user behaviors to optimize user experience
• Ensure brand consistency and design integrity across all digital platforms
• Deliver visually compelling, market-ready designs that meet global standards
What do you need to bring in?
• 4–6 years of proven experience in UI/UX and web design
• Demonstrated success in ThemeForest or similar design marketplaces (portfolio link required)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of WordPress front-end design and layout principles
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent visual storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for design innovation
Nice to Have:
• Experience with motion design or interactive UI animations
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design and development
• Understanding of design systems, component libraries, or atomic design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user testing methods
