Notice Details

  • Position: Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Department
  • Organization: A Renowned Company at Gulshan
  • Responsibilities:
  •  Prepare Purchase Orders/ Work Orders, Follow-up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment;
  •  Ensure checking of the price of the procedure products by visiting the market frequently and preparing comparative statements;
  •  Work towards contracting suppliers through competitive processes, to achieve efficient and consistent procurement with maximum value for money;
  •  Develop various forms, formats, register and voucher content for better internal control;
  •  Ensuring all necessary procurement procedures are properly followed including any relevant vendor procedure, ensuring transparency, accountability and fairness in the procurement process;
  •  Implement supplier lists, and price lists, conduct price controls, market research and consolidate orders;
  •  Monitor stocks and produce goods stock reports monthly.
  •  Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in line with the company's requirements;
  •  Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective;
  •  Any other activities assigned by the authority.
  • Requirements:
  •  Diploma in Business Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  •  Education will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
  •  Professional Certification: PGDSCM,ACSCM
  •  Training/ Trade Course: Supply chain management, Purchase and procurement
  •  Skills Required: Data Analysis, Negotiation Skills, Purchase/ Procurement, Reporting and Documentation, Supply Chain Planning
  • Experience Requirements
  •  3 to 7 year(s)
  •  The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  •  Commercial/ Purchase, Procurement, Quality Control/ Audit
  •  The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  •  Developer, Event Management, Interior Design, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Real Estate

  •  Age 25 to 40 years
