- Position: Sr. Officer, Complain Management
- Organization: Pharma Solutions Bangladesh Ltd. (PSBL)
- Responsibility:
- Notifying any complaints to relevant parties and do investigation on need basis.
- Monitoring incident register & ensuring complaints are managed properly.
- Further follow up to ensure close out of incident report on timely manner.
- Maintaining all the complaint related documents.
- Conducting complaint related training for concern employees.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor in Pharmacy from a recognized university
- Must have knowledge on MS Word & Excel.
- 01-year experience in the similar role will be preferable
- Excellent in oral & written English Communication.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
