Requirements

:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Management.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing, branding, and communication strategies for clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Generate strategic campaign ideas based on consumer insights.
• Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Present strategic recommendations confidently to clients.

Compensation & Benefits

:

Salary: BDT 25,000 (Based on experience & slightly negotiable)
