- Job Position: Tele Sales Officer
- Organization: Power Ride Services Ltd. (Aamartaka)

- โข Manage large amounts of incoming & outgoing calls.
- โข Handle customer queries & complains instantly.
- โข Application forms review.
- โข General observation and pending document list identified.
- โข Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential clients.
- โข Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- โข Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail.
- โข Greet customers warmly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- โข Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt. holidays.
- ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- โข Graduate / Masters from any Reputed University
- โข Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
- โข Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- โข Should have the ability to work under pressure.
