About the Role:
This is a full-time internship period of 4 months. The candidate will be a member of the Growth and Innovation team. Key responsibilities include supporting the team in developing proposals, conducting primary and secondary research, preparing briefs and presentations, developing articles and knowledge content, and managing the team’s knowledge management systems.
The candidate will also support partnership development, strategic programs and events, and thought-leadership activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage information to advance the team’s strategic objectives.
About the Growth and Innovation Team:
The Growth & Innovation Team leads business development efforts, advances strategic partnerships, and designs innovative solutions to drive organizational growth. The team focuses on cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities by developing targeted proposals, actively engaging with partners, and providing thought leadership across local and global networks. Through these activities, the team supports LightCastle’s mission to deliver effective solutions and create a lasting impact.
Job responsibilities include:
- Primarily assist the team in developing and writing concept notes and proposals for clients/stakeholders
- Contribute to primary and secondary research, including in-depth desk research and synthesis of secondary data
- Create compelling content and visuals to support data presentation and storytelling
- Contribute to the development of knowledge products such as articles, infographs, event summaries, and slide decks
- Support the team members in designing and implementing workshops, knowledge-sharing programs, and networking events
- Academic Experience Required:
Fresh graduates/Internship; All academic courses must be completed (preferably with a degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies, or other Social Science disciplines).
Required skills and traits:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field
- General understanding and strong interest in research and consulting
- Adept in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Good analytical writing skills with a focus on clarity and structure
- Demonstrates a professional attitude, intellectual curiosity, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented team environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
